We used to have a form but we had issues with spam. Also, this is a self-managed platform and we want to make it as open as possible so we think the forum is a great way to build a community around the site. Sometimes the suggestions have to be discussed among the team before taking a collective decision on whether to approve them or not and as you can see in the past discussions sometimes there are problematic sources that need to be reported and debated here
