i think it's important to point out that lushenko did not call in russian military troops, but lushenko did have the assistance of russian kgb who kidnapped and tortured a lot of folks. this was all over social media, they even released videos of torture victims denouncing the belarus uprisings after days of torture. kgb were filmed dropping in off helicopters
