International Networks

Hi everyone, I'm guessing this is should be the best place to ask about this, or rather rant...
Without introducing myself, I'll just say that I'm a member of a workers union, that is part of an international network (Internationale?) bringing together other similar organizations (like this forum I guess)...
What caught my attention is that: 1) The organization I'm part of was member of another Internationale previously
2) There are several Internationales, all fighting for the same goals
3) I've always known that it's also like this in communist and trotskist circles, didn't expect that to be the case for anarchists too, at least not to this extent.

My question for you guys is:
a) Are you also concerned by this? Do you think it's problematic as well or does it not matter?
b) Do you think there's a platform made for such debates? Mediation between organizations? Collaboration?
By the way, this might be the biggest online anarchist forum, but I've noticed that there aren't centralized social networks or platforms, especially if you're trying to avoid the mainstream ones (facebook/twitter).

There are many schools of Anarchy and competing ideas, 'free-association' and 'rotation' means there will be 'constantly shifting landscape' of relationships.

realistically there must be some sort of organisational structure, otherwise nothing will get done.

it is my understanding of Anarchism that the concept of 'Rotation' is used to cycle members through positions of power/influence to prevent entrenchment of ruling classes. Rotation is/can be achieve by having frequent elections and appointments of representatives, but with a clear and simple process for removing those representatives should they do something wrong, and an agreement that representatives must be 'rotated' and cannot hold successive appointments in the same role.
