I was recently a political prisoner following the 2020 protests and received lots of help from the aclu with my appeals (please Google Daniel Alan Baker political prisoner). Natasha Lennard did a great article about me which I deeply appreciate. Since my release from prison (really since 2016) I have been subjected to a continuous campaign of targeted harassment in which people have tried to entrap and extort me and I was pressured to drop my appeals before they could move forward. I am attaching some public statements I’ve made through one of my publishers regarding the harassment I’ve faced. In the last 6 months I’ve lost 3 jobs that I had to quit due to people showing up to harass me or coworkers and employers harassing me due to political views, sexual orientation and gender identity. Yesterday I was bullied at Lively Technical College to such an extent that I feel that I cannot return to class today and am taking a mental health day, and I may not return to class at all, losing valuable time and money. People have tried to use their children to entrap me, people have tried running me off the road while I’m on my electric bike, people have come to my home and harassed me and even infiltrated activist groups to start rumors about me and isolate me from well meaning activists who aren’t aware that this is standard operating procedure for far right wing rogue agents in various government organizations. Please help. Please contact me for interviews and for legal aid and help me get through this and stay free. I am now losing money and missing class due to gaslighting and micro aggressions as well as people actually trying to fight me and steal my ebike.
