Ms. B was raped, harassed and tortured by a police officer in Tunisia. His complaint, medical certificate and supporting evidence is still not heard by the Tunisian justice. A year ago, Mrs B found refuge with her sister in France. Badly advised, she does not file an asylum application, supposedly reserved for political opponents and ends up locked in a detention center following a control.
If the administrative judge admits that she cannot be deported to Tunisia, she remains deportable to another country, of her choice. It is up to her to find a country willing to welcome her. The prefect of the Hauts-de-Seine is hard on his case and the OFFI (French Office of Immigration and Integration) encourages him in his harassment: it has 5 days to indicate a destination country that will accept it or return to Tunisia and then take a flight scheduled for February 14.
Mrs. B must not be deported!
